The Duo Mesh is a revolutionary new resistance that contains an inner and outer casing. The external resistance increases the capillary action of the cotton, absorbing and leading the refill liquid to the head of the resistance, preheating it, and directing it to the second internal resistance to complete the vaporization of the liquid there.
