SATURNIA is a spa town in south-western Tuscany. Legend has it that the Terme di Saturnia was formed by lightning bolts thrown by Jupiter during a violent dispute between mythological gods, causing the formations known today as Saturnia.
The sulphurous spring water, at a constant temperature of 37.5°C, is well known for its therapeutic properties, offering relaxation and well-being through immersion.
We used Tuscan herbs common to the Saturnia area for the essence of the fragrance. The dominant component is that of sulphur minerals, which if you close your eyes, will make you feel as if you were bathing in the famous Gorello waterfall.
