Fresh and dynamic but with a warm and embracing heart. It hides the contrasting souls of British Style. Rigour and formalism but ready to welcome originality and eccentricity. A citrusy freshness leads to marine notes with oriental hints.
The aftershave balm is highly moisturising and decongestant. It contains extracts of Lanolin and Aloe Vera. Although it is suitable for all skin types, it is particularly recommended for men with delicate skin for whom shaving generally causes more irritation.
Inspired by Palmerston Bouquet created in 1850 for Viscount Palmerston, one of Queen Victoria’s Prime Ministers. In 1998 it was reformulated, re-orchestrated and christened 1805 to commemorate the year Truefitt opened his shop. Palmerston Bouquet was part of the exclusive fragrances created for Regiments, prominent institutions and eminent personalities. These included The Choice of the Rifle Brigade, The Favourite of the Royal Artillery, Jockey Club Bouquet, The Royal London Yacht Club Bouquet or Knickerbocker Nosegay.
