The shaving soap (Desas)Sossego is a fragrance that highlights Lavender, followed by the subtle head notes of lively Yuzu and sweet Neroli, reminiscent of a gentle breeze over a field of purple flowers.
At its heart, a strong note of Lavender, which makes up about 40% of the entire fragrance, is primarily obtained from natural essential oils with a touch of synthetic materials to enhance its aromatic properties.
The timeless charm of Lavender is enriched by a soft and creamy note of Vanilla that enhances the feeling of comfort. A touch of Ylang-Ylang acts as an exotic layer of a sharp and unfamiliar aroma. The notes of Sandalwood and Patchouli provide a warm and solid base.

The new formula of the soap (Desas)Sossego represents a refined and natural evolution of Westman’s original composition. Thanks to the innovations made, significant improvements have been made in terms of performance, offering superior quality foam, optimal glide and post-shave comfort that respects the skin’s balance.
In detail, ingredients have been introduced that have been selected for their beneficial properties: broccoli seed oil has been preferred over apricot kernel oil to ensure optimal absorption and leave the skin soft and hydrated. Dimethicone has been incorporated for its unsurpassed lubricating qualities, essential for a smooth and comfortable shaving experience.
In addition, the composition has been simplified by reducing the number of saponified fats. This has allowed to focus on the most effective ingredients, such as kokum butter and mango butter, intensifying the density of the foam produced. The formula is further enriched with natural elements such as lanolin, as well as nourishing oils such as jojoba and avocado, for a perfect synergy that promotes healthy and well-cared skin.
