Merkur Platinum Blade – Feather WS-D2S

Feather WS-D2S Setup:

• Merkur Super Platinum
• Prorasso Red Pre-Shave ( Prorasso White Pre-Shave was used for the 4th shave)
• Michel’s Wool Fat Soap

Shaves with Merkur Platinum Blade

1. 1st Shave : Nice shave, a little rougher than Bolzano, but without irritation. The shave was not as deep as with the yellow Feather and Bolzano.
2. 2nd Shave : Nice shave.
3. 3rd Shave : Nice shave.
4. 4th Shave : Very good shave, no irritation, even though it wasn’t very deep.
5. 5th Shaving : Irritation appeared on both cheeks and signs of ingrown hair. Conclusion: The Merkur Platinum delivers up to 4 good shaves with this setup.
